6AM outdoor track workout w/HRC. 6 x 1200 with 2 minutes recovery (4.5 miles of speed). 1200=4:48, 1200=5:01, 1200=5:06, 1200=4:59, 1200=5:05, 1200=5:02 1 mile warmup plus ran to the track and back. extremely humid weather yet again, the track was covered in fog (and a rope) when we arrived.
