Outdoor Track workout w/HRC. 1200 X 1200 X 800 X 800 X 400 X 400 X 200 = 5,000 Miles of speed with 90 seconds recovery. plus warmup and cooldown at track and I ran to the track and back. 1200 = 4:54, 1200= 4:53, 800 x 3:19, 800 = 3:18, 400 = 1:29, 400=1:32, 200=39 (did the 200 w/Jessica). Great running weather at the track..60 degrees, low humidity and a light rain.
