6AM track workout w/Hopkinton Running Club. I ran to the track and back, garmin read 7.0 miles total running. Workout was: 1600 x 1200 x 1000 x 800 x 600 x 400 (5,600 meters of speed in total) with 2 minutes recovery. Splits: 1600= 6:41, 1200 = 5:14, 1000 = 4:19, 800 = 3:15, 600 = 2:26, 400 = 1:26
