6AM Pyramid Track workout.5,000 Meters of speed. VERY VERY HUMID OUT! it was like running a trackworkout in a rainforest. 400= 1:29, 600=2:20, 800=3:15, 1200=5:04, 800 = 3:18, 600= 2:26, 400=1:31, 200 = 41 MY GARMIN DIED in the workout!! luckily I wear 2 watches in a track workout so I had on my Ironman watch to track my splits. My Garmin is still not charging though and I don't know what to do or why it died.
