Notes

3 x 1600 at the Outdoor Track with 400m recovery. My first track workout in 5 weeks! very glad that Dan B was also there (he was running 400's) and my 6 year old daughter Autumn went with me and she did some warmup laps with me and cheered for me and counted my laps in the 1600's. splits: 6:44, 6:54, 6:48. much slower and so much more difficult after losing my weekly tuesday consistancy at the track.
