Keiron & I planned on running 5 miles together but the ice all over the roads & sidewalks changed that. we ran to the loop road and we both were skidding and almost falling several times so we turned around and ran home. extremely slow run for both of us due to the sheets of ice on the road. hopefully the roads will be better tomorrow.
