6AM Indoor track w/running club. 1600 x 1600 x 800 x 800 with 2 minutes recovery. first 1600=6:49, 2nd 1600 = 6:55,
first 800= 3:22, 2nd 800 = 3:24. not fast times for the 1600's but an okay workout I guess.
