Track workout with HRC. 2 X (800 X 600 X 400 X 300 X 200) ..And an Extra 400 so that the total would be 5,000 meters. 800=3:10, 600= 2:22, 400 = 1:31, 300 = 1:01, 200=40, 2nd set: 800=3:18, 600 = 2:21, 400= 1:33, 400 = 1:32, 300=1:03, 200:42. ran to the track and back, warmup & cooldown at the track and 90 seconds recovery between each. EXTREMELY Humid at the track. very very very hot and uncomfortable and difficult. don't like these short distances at all.
