SLOWEST "TEMPO" Run to date. I don't even know if I should log this as 'tempo'. The roads were covered with snow so what I did is run for 18 minutes then ran as 'fast as I could' for 15 minutes (till my watch said 33 minutes) then ran the rest at a normal pace. most of the roads were covered in snow which made running fast not possible so I tried to give the best effort I could for those 15 minutes. Even my warmup was slower than usual due to the roads. Snow was all over the ground on blueberry, wild, teresa, nicholas, chamberlain and all over the mile loop road. the only time I saw pavement was Ash St and Hayden Rowe. All in all not a good tempo and I have no idea the pace that I did for that 15 minutes (purposely didn't want to know).
