6AM Indoor Track Workout with HRC. 5,000 meters of speed, Pyramid workout: 400=1:29, 600= 2:27, 800=3:20, 1200 = 5:02, 800=3:23, 600=2:22, 400=1:33, 200= 42. 1.5 mile warmup, 2 minute recoveries, 1 mile cooldown. I ran out of water and the water fountain was turned off.
