Outdoor Track Workout. Luckily my daughter Autumn went with me and brought her books and would alternate between reading, cheering for me and sprinting the last 100 or 200 meters with me. Otherwise it would have been very lonely out there HUMID!! 1600 x 800 x 800 x 600 x 600 x 400 x 200 (5K/3.1 miles of speed) with 90 seconds recovery. 1600=6:31, 800=3:22, 800=3:19, 600=2:26, 600=2:27, 400 = 1:32, 200=42. 1.25 mile warmup, 1 mile cooldown. nice way to spend time w/my oldest daughter on Mothers Day morning.
