6am Indoor Track Workout: 1600 X 1600 X1600 X 200 (a few of us added the last 200 so we'd have 5000 meters of speed instead of 4800). My first 1600 I ran 6:38. 2nd 1600 I ran 6:40, 3rd 1600: 6:41. the 200 was a slow 42 seconds (I can't run fast for 200 meters). we were supposed to do 1 minute recovery but I did 90 seconds recovery between each one.
ran 1 mile warm up and cooldown.
