6AM Track workout w/HRC. 400 x 600 x 800 x 1200 x 800 x 600 x 400 x 200 ( 3.1 Miles of Speed in total). we did this same workout 2 weeks ago and I ran a little slower today even though it was more humid July 19. 400-1:31, 00=2:27, 800 = 3:17, 1200=5:06, 800= 3:21, 600 = 2:26, 400= 1:32, 200= 41. 2 minutes recovery plus 1.5 miles warmup & cooldown.
