3 X 1 MILE REPEATS AT THE TRACK. DARK FOR MOST OF THE WORKOUT , WE ALL WORE HEADLAMPS. SLOW REPEATS, TIRED AFTER NO SLEEP AND SLEEPING ON THE PULLOUT COUCH. GLAD TO AT LEAST HAVE DONE IT. TIMES WERE SLOWER THAN MY USUAL MILE REPEATS.
I RAN TO THE TRACK AND RAN HOME AND DID A MILE WARMUP ON THE TRACK AND MILE COOLDOWN. I DID 200 METERS RECOVERY IN BETWEEN EACH 1600
