Notes

5 X 1000 Track Workout. 5 x 1000 is my favorite workout and this morning the weather was ideal...barely 60 degrees w/no humidity. Times were: 4:04, 4:10, 4:07, 4:02, 4:05. 200 meters recovery. I ran to the track and back and did plenty of warmup & cooldown (7.63 total miles of running w/the warm up, recoveries & cooldown).
