11.2 Mile run from Joe Markey's house starting at 5:40 am with Joe M, Joe S, Nate, Jessica, Julie and Dotty. I ran 1.1 miles beforehand, ran 9.1 with the group through hopkinton, southboro and ashland. Then I added on 1 mile afterwards with Jessica for a total of 11.2 miles at just under 9 minute pace. I wore shorts, short sleave and gloves along w/my reflective vest and blackdiamond headlamp. Nice run , very dark for most of it, especially on route 85. Great run. I love these thursday morning longish runs so much.
