12 X 400 6am at the Indoor Track with. hopkinton running club. 9 minute warmup. 400 at the indoor track is 3 times around. Mostly I did 90 seconds recovery but since we can only use the indoor track 6am till 7am I did a quicker recovery for the last two and could only do about a half mile cooldown. (approx 5 miles of total running w/the 3 miles of speed and the warmup and short cooldown. we switched directions half-way through the workout. Very Hot and dry in the indoor track. so hard to get used to after being outside but we'll be inside now on tuesdays till probably the end of March. My fastest was the first one in 1:26 and slowest was 1:34.
