PR by 81 seconds in the half-marathon. 1:44:00 chip time. VERY Frustrated that I couldn't have eeked out ONE MORE SECOND over the course to get a 1:43:49. why do I always end up with these 00 and 01 Times. I did that in last april's boston and also in the newport half. here are my splits in today's half-marathon:
mile 1= 7:34, mile 2= 7:53, mile 3 = 8:00 , mile 4= 8:16, mile 5 = 7:56, mile 6 = 7:57 mile 7 = 7:55, mile 8 = 7:50,
mile 9 = 8:01, mile 10 = 7:52, mile 11= 8:03, mile 12 = 7:34 , mile 13= 7:23 and the last .2 (my garmin read that I ran 13.2 miles) was at 6:58 pace.
