Notes

6 X 800 speed workout w/HRC in INDOOR Track at 6am. We were indoors today since it was a downpour at 6am and we all decided to go inside. 1st 800= 3:15, 2nd = 3:09 (Jonathan pulled me on that) 3rd= 3:17, 4th = 3:18, 5th = 3:16, 6th = 3:08. 3 miles of speed, 90 seconds recovery. warm up & cooldown. Tired due to hardly any sleep since Keiron was on-call last nite and got 2 pages and phone calls in the middle of the nite.
