Notes

6AM track workout with HRC...3 X 1600, much slower than last time I did 1600's. first one was in complete darkness. 6:50, 5:46, 6:41 , 400 meters recovery in between. ran to the track, did 1 mile warmup and over 1 mile cooldown and ran home. great running weather and beautiful sunrise while on the track.
