6AM Indoor Track w/HRC. 4 x 1600 with 2 minutes and 30 seconds recovery. 1 mile warmup and a little less than 1 mile cooldown: Here are my splits for the four 1600's:
6:41, 6:47, 6:54, 6:45
his is probably our last tuesday at the indoor track. We'll most likely start going on the outdoor track next tuesday.
