6am INDOOR TRACK with running club: 1200 X 1200 X 800 X 800 X 800 X 800 X 800= 5600 METERS OF SPEED. First 1200 I ran in 4:48, 2nd 1200 I ran in 4:50. 1st 800=3:14, 2nd 800= 3:16, 3rd 800= 3:20 (slowest), 4th 800= 3:19. very tough workout. Julie L made me run faster than I would have in the 1200's but I couldn't catch her in the 800's. 5 minute cooldown since we had to be out of the track by 7am.
