Notes

6am Outdoor Track workout with HRC. 4 X 1200 and a 200 to run 5000 meters of speed. 1200=5:07, 1200=5:01, 1200=5:06, 1200=4:54, 200=41. 90 seconds recovery in between each. Ran to the track and back for warmup & cooldown.
