Notes
8 hours fitful sleep, V8, banana, NRG bar and coffee breakfast. Raining throughout, never too heavy, but still a soaker over 13 miles. Not too bad a race - pretty much hit my goal of a fast training run. Actually, it was pretty much an MP run. Solid effort on the flat and downhill portions except the last two miles - just jogged it in from there.
