8 hours sleep, V8, banana, granola, yogurt, maple syrup, coffee breakfast. Felt hard for the first few miles, got a good rhythm by mile 4, but lost all energy by mile 12. Alternated walking/running the rest of the way. That's the path to a 5 hour marathon. Don't know how I can do it. Hopefully it will be cool and overcast the day of the race - that's my only hope at this point.
