8 hours sleep, V8, banana, oatmeal, yogurt, brown sugar and coffee breakfast. Not particularly enthusiastic going into this. Actually almost a perfect day for a run - clear skies, temps approaching 40, except for the wind. 15-20 mph winds, gusting to 40+. Very very cold. Legs felt like sticks, asphalt felt like granite, so running at the start felt stiffer than I've ever been. Warmed up, though, and felt pretty good through the first half. But the last half had a lot of rolling hills, and was mostly into the wind. Walk-ran the last 3 miles - just didn't care.
