8 hours sleep, V8 and banana breakfast. Good solid run. Felt great at two, decided to try 5, in solid groove at 3. Even kicked it up for the last two, particularly the last half.Thighs/hamstring kind of wonky/crampy after - didn't do stretching for fear of pulling/injuring something.
