Flexibility: More flexible than Eschelon, lighter weight
Arch: Spenco RX ArchCUSHIONS - My arches have gotten stronger. These inserts can last until they literally fall apart. If my arches continue to strengthen, then I could grow out of arch supports altogether. Even if I "grow" out of them, I should keep them around because it's not uncommon for people to go back & forth about needing them.
Take-aways: My knees are riding in their joints symmetrically now. My inner & outer thigh muscles are balanced now. My arches are stronger than they were.
After 228 miles, on 4/11, I put in the Superfeet Blue - just to see if my thigh would get better (if the ache would go away). When I got to 285 miles, the Superfeet had 594 miles on them. |
