ran with strenta. glorious easy run. it was about 7 miles on the nose, so 7:44/mi but i'm not marking it because i don't want to be distracted by mileage. it was really humid and hot out.
it was his first run in two weeks and mine in a few days. we started out really easy, like the africans do. really really easy just barely moving, then we let the speed come to us. i want to do more runs like this. everything was surprisingly good. nothing hurt. nothing struggled.
