Great average morning run with leah. just kinda cruised around. no aches or pains. nice gentle pace so i'm not worried. also it was about 5 min after I had woken up, so I'm happy with the pace. also there was no sprint at the end which usually happens when i end on the green. ran from the green through pine park and up rip. came back on east wheelock, down valley rd ext, down conant, then up by thomspon arena and then to leah's house.
