super easy, still quick, and felt fantastic. run with bob. feels good to be back. nothing hurt. rolled my ankle a few times but it's all good (it was slick out). ran in the woods on the east side of the huron (Argo park), up through barton, down main street a bit, then up and over west toward sunset st. great run. so easy. so perfect.
