i still have no idea whether the mueller center bikes are in km or mi......
i had class 8-10 and then just went after, might as well get it out of the way while I'm on campus. i kept the gear at 10 the whole time instead of the usual progression, but by the end i was going average 105rpms. maybe thats too many/too fast? i really have no clue, i always thought it was 90-110rpms to simulate running but i could have it wrong.
