Notes

decided to bike indoors today due to weather, rainy all day. i really want to long run menemsha, and i figured i can wait until tomorrow when the weather is better. lifted after, and i'm really feeling the lunges with weight. i only did 2 sets of 8 each and my butt is feeling it.
