Initially I wanted to do 20 minutes on the elliptical just to warm up my legs. I've noticed that if I just run straight from my house, I'll stop like 3-4 times in the first 30 minutes, and then not stop at all for the rest of the run. I figured the elliptical would be a good way to get that out of the way. Started feeling faint on the elliptical, and also my feet were hurting so I stayed on the elliptical. If the elliptical is making my feet hurt, I figured ground wouldn't be much better. Haven't decided what to do about tomorrow.
