Starting off feeling great, pace felt fast but I felt good. Then the group separated and I didn't know where to go, and by the time I decided the group I wanted to go with had left, so I had to pick it up a bit to catch them. My hip flexors starting feeling sore around 20 minutes in. I think me changing pace probably had to do with it.
I felt it mainly when I drove my knees, more so right than left. It persisted after the run when I would drive my knee. For now I'm just going to take it easy pace-wise and focus on getting my mileage back up. There's no rush, especially this week being the first week.
