Notes

at first my legs felt super stiff, but they got better after 7 or 8 minutes. i think they were being wonky from sitting/lying down inside right after the shakeout.

im not really sure how long to make these, so i think im going to try to increase them little by little each week and see what happens. also maybe add in 1 or 2 longer strides after?
