Notes

Feet felt tight right when I woke up, and they didn't really loosen up much during the day as I had expected. Thought starting with 15 minutes on the elliptical would help warm them up, and it seemed to! yay for finding solutions! I was a little torn because if I'm on the elliptical for too long it actually makes my feet go from feeling fine to feeling worse, but 15 minutes isn't long at all and seemed to help.
