if the mueller center bikes are in miles, i biked a marathon! :D but i have to put it in km to match other days :(
legs felt good at first, start out with 12 which is usually the highest ill go. legs got tired about 15 minutes in, lowered it to 11 until i was at 40 minutes, and then i raised it back up to 12 for the last 20 minutes. higher resistance than usual, and my rpms were in a broad range of 85-95.
foot kind of hurt after, nothing bad though.
