been feeling pretty horrible on these runs. didn't say much about it last week in the hopes it would get better soon, but it has not. it's gotten worse. not sure if it's the heat, lack of iron, or what. i know i need more time to get endurance back, but i expected to feel less crappy by now.

I'm leaving for Rochester on Friday after work so I will not run Friday. The plan is to run the rest of the week, though, even if it's just a short one.
