Notes
- Squats: 2 x (10 x 35lb), followed by 2 x (5 x 45lb)
- Dumbbell Press: 1 x (15 x 15lb), 1 x (10 x 20lb)
- Weighted Bridges: 3 x 10 bridge raises with 25lb weight on hips
- Shoulder raises: 3 x (6 x 25lb)
- TRX row (10 reps), positioning was weird so I stopped after one. The gym was empty but kind of small so there wasn't much space.
I also did medicine ball core things, like toe touches and russian twists, but only one set of each.
