Running Again!

I'm not sure about the distance

I went outside the training room and ran on the turf

2 minutes running, 4 minutes walking was 1 set, and I was told to do 3-4 sets, I did 4 because I felt good.

Later on that night and the next day my back was sore so I took some time off
