Notes
This is our first morning in Ljubljana and it is such a lovely city that I could not wait to get out the door this morning. There is a very large city park just two blocks from where we are staying. I was the first one out the door and almost immediately I came upon the park. It was (is) splendid! There is a huge modern art museum right at the entrance to the park at the end of our street and this helped a lot in regards to always knowing where I was (more or less.)
I was able to go a couple of miles in either direction from the museum and was very pleased to see that the trails went much further than where I turned around. Best running so far. All double-wide gravel paths interspersed with single-track crisscrossing every which way. Hilly too. Can't wait to run here again tomorrow and also go to the museum. This is a huge uptick from Croatia although it is probably very uncool to compare them.
