4x400m with 75 sec recovery

4x300m with 100m jog recovery

Felt ok but not quite 100% endurance wise. My speed was also definately blunted after some time out. Ankle began to become sore and hurt during the 300m reps so sat out the rest of the session.

Tim says I should perhaps focus on building mileage and endurance over the remainder of the summer because short, quicker sessions seem to be straining my ankle. Then hopefully I can push on during cross country.
