Steady run but I think I went too quickly and instead I should taken it a bit easier. Legs felt ok and breathing was largely fine.
The top of my left ankle is still sore and I found it difficult and painful to run from my forefoot. Additionally, I feel like I'm landing on the outside of my left foot and rolling inwards which is not how I usually plant my foot when running. Might take a couple of days off until I get back to university to see how it is.
