Notes
Tough race in cold conditions. Ground was frosty in places, otherwise it was largely muddy making it tough going underfoot. Additionally there was 6 stream crossings that were waist-deep.
Legs felt pretty sapped at the end and breathing began to struggle but otherwise ran a good race. No pain or niggles to note.
