Google Maps says 4.06 for this route. Not far off from Motoactv measurement of 3.99 (previously 4.02). Felt pretty good. Knee had been feeling iffy Friday - Sunday, but felt fine on this run. Left hamstring felt tight for last 1.5 miles or so.
