Yesterday at work, my right knee gave signs that the old injury might be coming back. This morning on the run, I wore the Tempo's for the first time in a while and tried to focus on a shorter, mid-foot strike. The knee was fine throughout, and the pace was pretty good. The lightness of the shoes also felt nice, might have initiated a Pavlovian racing response.
