Why do I run:
part of lifestyle now. enjoy the freedom, fitness, & the rare times when everything just feels beautiful (occurs during trail runs). still love the competition (mostly with myself), although much slower now, but getting faster again after age 50! |
Why I started running:
always played sports & sprinter in track. Started road running during low period in life. |
