Trial easy run. Discomfort no worse but no better. About a 2-3 when running and a 1 when walking. Another week without running then try again end of next week. Did some lifting, good core work and bar climbing along with BOSU single leg balance work. Gym was packed. Be glad when March gets here and it clears out.

Positives about this episode: Probably needed a couple weeks off anyway and have really focused on getting stronger and working my core in the past two weeks. Don't like the fact that I gave myself a stress reaction with one speed workout but that is obviously where I am at. Plan: Get healthy, slowly ramp back up mileage then continue 25-35 miles per week nice and easy and try to stay healthy. And try to find some $$$, wildcards and other assorted trinkets on the runs.
