Notes
Cold day and fortunately they opened up the showroom for the first time. Very windy. Decided to wear shorts, long sleeve and singlet. Went with mittens. Started right at the front. Taking right turn at the top of hill there was a frozen puddle. Stepped around it but, wham, slipped on ice and fell! Hopefully that accounts for my slow first mile as well as a wicked head wind until the turnaround in Oak Square.
After that pretty much a tail wind. Felt good but just not in race shape since I have only run about 5 times since marathon.
Arnold, Brett, Kyle and Eleanor also ran. Mara and Snickers came along to watch.
